Hi, I’m Helen. Many years ago I earnt a degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences but then left the wellness space. I had a career across sales, events and marketing but never really found the right fit, until I became a Health Coach. Finally I found a way to work with others and incorporate my passion for fitness and nutrition and my strengths of planning and organising, to make a meaningful difference to peoples lives.
When I'm not wearing my coaching hat, I can be found walking my Chocolate Labrador around Richmond, out with my local running group or having a glass of wine with my husband (it's all about balance).
As a certified Health Coach my aim is to empower individuals to thrive, becoming the healthiest and happiest version of themselves.
With mindboggling amounts of data out there it’s easy to understand why you might not know where to start and want to bury your head in the sand when it comes to making changes to your life. I’m here help you gain deeper self-awareness and cultivate a more positive mindset. Allowing you to develop a purposeful path to a healthier life now and for the future.
I believe in a holistic approach to health that takes into account the unique needs and lifestyles of my clients. My coaching services focus on nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep hygiene and overall wellness.
